1. Program Overview
The Sound ID program is a 10-week, personalized music experience designed to guide you through the creation, learning, and performance of your own original song. The program includes:
Original song lyrics and music composition
Professional recording of your song
Lead sheets and/or chord charts
Two 30-minute songwriting sessions with Veronica
Nine 1-hour music lessons with Thomas
Instructional materials for ukulele, guitar, or piano
2. Payment & Enrollment
Full payment (or approved payment plan) is required to secure your place in the program.
All payments are non-refundable, including deposits, partial payments, or full payments, regardless of participation level or completion status. We want you to be happy with the program, and we are committed to supporting you throughout the 10 weeks to help you get the most out of your experience.
Payment plans must be completed in full before the end of the 10-week program.
3. Scheduling
All lessons and sessions are scheduled in advance and will take place over the agreed 10-week period.
Sessions will be held online.
4. Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to reschedule a session, 24 hours notice is required.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be counted as a completed session and cannot be rescheduled.
If we need to reschedule, we will provide as much notice as possible and arrange a new time promptly.
5. Missed Sessions
Missed sessions without prior notice are not refundable or transferable.
All sessions must be completed within the 10-week program timeframe unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Program Changes
The structure and content of the program are designed for optimal results. While we welcome your input, the final creative and instructional decisions rest with Thomas and Veronica.
7. Song Ownership & Usage Rights
Upon full payment, you will receive full ownership and commercial rights to the lyrics and music created for you, including the right to sell, distribute, license, and publicly perform the work.
We require that appropriate credit be given to “Sound ID” (and/or Thomas Silvani, Veronica Ledovsky) as songwriter, co-writer, or producer whenever the song is publicly released, distributed, or performed.
We waive any claim to royalties unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to reference or use the song, in whole or in part, including audio excerpts, lyric excerpts, and recordings, in our promotional materials (such as our website, social media, or marketing campaigns). This does not include your personal story, likeness, or private information unless you provide separate written consent.
8. Results Disclaimer
Progress depends on your active participation, practice, and engagement with the program. While we provide expert guidance and materials, individual results may vary.
9. Communication
We are committed to providing a positive, supportive learning environment. If any concerns arise, please reach out promptly so we can address them.
10. Agreement
By enrolling in the Sound ID program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
